Request account deletion
Use this page to ask MedCabinet to delete your account and the personal data linked to it. This link is also the account-deletion URL for Google Play and other app stores.
Send a request from the email address on your MedCabinet account. We verify ownership before deleting cloud data.

What we delete
- Your account credentials and profile (email, display name, avatar).
- Cloud-synced medicine inventory, photos, reminders, and care profiles for cabinets you own, where no other owner remains.
- Family invitations you sent or received that are still pending.
- Device push tokens and optional analytics identifiers tied to your account.
What may remain for a limited time
- Security and admin audit logs needed for abuse prevention.
- Encrypted backups that expire on a normal retention cycle.
- Data in cabinets owned by someone else where you were only a member (your membership is removed; their inventory stays).
Timing
After we confirm the request from your account email, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when the cloud account is closed. Uninstalling the Android app removes local data on that device but does not by itself delete your cloud account.
